Better Decisions. Made Faster.

We're building the decision-first digital twin for supply chain leaders who need to navigate complex trade-offs with confidence.

Our Mission

Supply chain decisions are getting harder, not simpler. Every major decision now touches more variables, more teams, and more downstream consequences. Cost, service, risk, and time are tightly coupled, optimizing one often degrades another.

Yet most decisions are still made with static models, partial views, or gut instinct under pressure. The result is slower alignment, unintended consequences, and missed opportunities that only show up after it's too late.

Hylios exists to change that. We give supply chain leaders a shared, objective foundation for making better decisions under pressure.

The Problem We're Solving

Static Tools

Spreadsheets and consulting models are slow to update and expensive to change. They can't keep up with the pace of decisions.

Local Optimization

Execution systems optimize locally but can't evaluate network-wide trade-offs. They miss the big picture.

Limited What-If

Planning tools struggle to answer "what happens if..." across an entire supply chain. Scenarios are hard to create and compare.

Our Approach

Hylios creates a digital twin of your supply chain using available data, inferred structure, and operational assumptions. From there, teams can run fast what-if scenarios to evaluate how changes affect cost, service, risk, and time across the entire network.

What We Believe

Decision-First

We build for real decisions, not dashboards. Every feature exists to help teams make better choices with confidence.

Clarity Over Complexity

Supply chains are complex enough. We focus on making trade-offs visible and understandable, not adding more noise.

Human Judgment

Technology should support judgment, not replace it. We give teams the information they need to make the call.

Founder & CEO

Andrew brings years of experience in supply chain strategy and technology. He founded Hylios after seeing firsthand how difficult it is for teams to make confident decisions when trade-offs are hidden in spreadsheets and siloed systems. His mission is to give every supply chain leader the tools to see consequences before they happen.
