Yes. The Intelligence tier is free forever, a daily brief on your company and your role. Most people start there, then upgrade to Intelligence Pro ($19.99/mo) once it's part of their workflow.
What's the difference between Intelligence Pro and Twin?
Intelligence Pro ($19.99/mo) is the intelligence layer: a scored, role-lensed, filterable daily brief with full archive, self-serve, no call needed. Twin is the decision layer: your own digital twin, where you can run what-if scenarios on your network driven by the news. Twin is set up with you on a short call.
Do I need a call to get started?
Not for Intelligence or Intelligence Pro, both are self-serve. Twin and Enterprise involve a short working session so we can stand up a twin from your supply chain and tailor the setup.
What is the design partner program?
A hands-on alternative: six companies per cohort, three months, building alongside the founding team with weekly check-ins and direct influence on the roadmap. It's a separate track from the self-serve tiers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Intelligence Pro is month-to-month, cancel anytime from the app. Twin and Enterprise terms are set during onboarding.
