Hylios is launching a decision-first supply chain digital twin built to help operators and executives make high-stakes decisions faster and with greater confidence.
Supply chain teams face more decisions, more variables, and higher stakes than ever before. Yet most tools in use today are designed for localized planning or execution, not for supporting rapid, cross-network decision-making. As a result, leaders are often forced to rely on judgment and experience alone when evaluating tradeoffs across cost, service, risk, and time.
Hylios is built to fill that gap.
Rather than replacing planners or operators, Hylios works alongside them as a decision support system that makes tradeoffs and downstream impacts visible. By modeling an end-to-end supply chain and enabling fast "what-if" analysis, Hylios helps teams understand the consequences of change before committing to action.
"Hylios acts like an umpire, calling balls and strikes across competing priorities while leaving judgment in human hands," said Andrew O'Hara, Founder of Hylios. "The goal isn't to automate decisions, but to give teams an objective, shared view of tradeoffs so they can move faster with confidence."
Hylios is designed to deliver value immediately, without long implementation cycles or heavy system integrations. Teams can use the platform with the information they already have to reason through real decisions in minutes rather than months.
As part of the launch, Hylios is opening a selective, founder-led beta cohort beginning March 2, 2026. The cohort will bring together a small group of forward-thinking supply chain leaders to work alongside peers on real decisions, share perspectives, and help shape how digital twins and AI are used for decision-making in practice. Participation is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful collaboration and direct influence on the platform's direction.
Teams facing an upcoming network, inventory, or fulfillment decision can begin using Hylios immediately. Reach out to decisions@hylios.com to get started or learn more about participating in the upcoming beta cohort.
