Hylios builds a working model of your supply network in hours from public data and the files you already have, then gets more exact as you connect your ERP. Every number shows where it came from, so you can test a decision across cost, service, risk, and time before you commit.

Hylios does not tell you what to decide. It makes the trade-offs explicit and leaves judgment with people. No integration project is needed to start.

Intelligence and Intelligence Pro

The Intelligence brief is free: a daily supply chain brief on your company and your role, with a weekly digest email. Intelligence Pro makes the brief a workflow. It adds a daily Pulse risk score, a role-lens picker, custom alert filters and the full archive, for $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year. Both are self-serve, and Intelligence Pro is month to month. The Twin

Twin is a digital twin of your own network. You run what-if scenarios driven by the news and see the change in cost, cycle time and risk. It is set up with you in a short working session. Enterprise adds multiple twins and the full decision platform, priced by quote.

The network diagnostic

The network diagnostic is a fixed-fee engagement of 4 to 8 weeks, priced at $50,000 to $100,000. We build a twin of your network from public data, walk your team through it in a live workshop, true it up against your own files, and deliver a findings report with a dollarized opportunity register. Your files stay private to your workspace.

Deal Intelligence

Deal Intelligence is outside-in supply chain diligence on an acquisition target, built from public data alone, for private equity and corporate development teams. A pre-LOI screening pack is $15k to $35k and takes about 3 days. A full diligence pack is $40k to $60k and takes 1 to 2 weeks. Every figure is labeled as a modeled estimate.

The Supply Chain Pulse

The Supply Chain Pulse is a daily score of global supply chain stress, from 0 (calm) to 100 (severe), built from impact-scored news. Its methodology is published, and its full daily history is free to download as a CSV.

The design partner program

The founder-led beta cohort announced in February is now the Hylios design partner program. It is six companies over three months, working alongside the founding team with weekly check-ins and direct influence on the roadmap. Design partners get full platform access to model their network and test real decisions across cost, service, risk, and time, and priority access and onboarding when the program ends. It is a separate track from the self-serve plans. Apply to the design partner program.
